- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★As I am not from Washington (I live in AZ) I have never been to this branch before this weekend. My fiancé, who banks with them kept telling me how great they were here. I didn't pay too much attention, because it's just a bank, how good could they be? The second we got there it felt like a second home. Everyone was so welcoming and kind and made the transaction easy. Honestly, if customer service was like this everywhere is WA, I'd trade in my sunscreen for an umbrella and move here in a heartbeat.
