  NOT RECOMMENDED ! Our "TAX PROFESSIONAL" from the Yelm location, Heather or Nicole (it's been a year, I cannot remember her name) caused us a lot of grief. 1) She sent our return to California, and it was supposed to go to Texas, which delayed us for a couple months. 2) She entered our son's SSN in incorrectly which delayed us for months. 3)I sent 3 emails to her asking for help and only 1 email was responded to and it was of no help, she really couldn't care less. --- I filed FEBRUARY 5TH, I got my return AUGUST 17TH Not to mention this terrible ordeal took them 20 minutes and cost in excess of $300 I would avoid at all costs, she's not a Tax professional, she's a joke.
